Again, today I am meeting hubby for lunch at redhill.
Yup, same stall again..their food really not bad!! In fact , Yummy!! :D
This time round I tried 红糟鸡面线.
The soup is rich, the "mee sua @ 面线" not sloggy but smooth and nice swallow from mouth.
For the chicken is super tender. I can say the chicken totally absorb the soup yet not dry ...but juicy!!
There are two chicken wings in one bowl of soup..
Long time I did not eat this dish ..in the past I tried at some stall,...the soup really can not make it..
so slowly not dare to order this dish ...till mu hubby recommend...
Really a good and worth to give it a try.!!
