Lunch at Akashi Japanese Restaurant

Is lunch time now! I am taking a train to meet hubby at Vivo City. He is going to give me a treat. He suggested to have a Japanese food..I am really Look forward!! :)

We found a Japanese restaurant named 'Akashi Japanese Restaurant' and we decided to give it a try !

The interior design of this restaurant quite authentic. Here you can see some of the design of Restaurant.

While we are waiting for a food, darling do one funny pose that really make me laugh

We have chosen and ordered 2 sets meals within our budget less than S$20 each.
Here the food come:

Cold noodle + sushi come with salad and fruit. 

Here are my comment :

The food is really authentic. Worth value!! Trust Me!!

Drink :
Green Tea smell great n drink great and it is totally different from normal green tea we drank at home/outside. It contain fragrant rice smell. Open my appetite and start looking forward to try my set meal !!

Cold noodle is really nice. The noodle texture is very Q and when dipped with sauce, O My God! Perfect match! They have put spring onion, quail egg and wasabi aside for you to put inside and mixed with the sauce depend on own preference.

Here come sushi. Sushi is really different from other sushi we eat at other Japanese restaurant
Size smaller. But the Fish damn fresh and their porpertion is just right. Top ingredient should more than rice and one mouth just right for one sushi.

Yup, wasabi is super fresh.. when match with sushi , wow, i can tell you ..heaven..create your appetite to continue take another piece of sushi.

Salad, the veggie damn sweet. I means the original sweetness of veggie.
This salad does not need much dressing , you can taste the sweetness, crunchiness , freshness of the veggie. However, they did put some sauce on top.. to make the salad taste more appetite.

Fruit - watermelon. Super fresh juicy and sweet!

 Fantastic!!!

This is my hubby set meal.

I can only give some comment for i just tried few bite of eat.

The Saba Fish...super fresh, meat juicy and you can taste the sweetness of fish without fishy smell. The skin of the fish after grill damn crunchy.  Don't see it simple, With this fish, the price is worth value.

Overall, We enjoy the lunch very much.

Food can make you feel good and bad.
So choice right food to eat damn important!

Variety of food does not help you enjoy the food
but the healthy and fresh food simply make you satisfy and worth value. :)
